Site is out of sync

recently when i join a w2g room i get this error
This site is out of sync: Re-sync Set as new.
No option seems to work

doesn’t matter which browser i try, same result.
for others people seems to work fine. please help

I send an email. What is weird that before that website was working, and other people could watch it.
