Is there a way to see videos in YouTube with
a split-screen that fit VR glasses?

You mean on Watch2Gether? To be honest i have never tried this. I assume you need o full screen video for that?

Yes, I mean on watch2gether.
In YouTube I can split the screen to fit Vr glasses, and if I see a 360 movie with watch2gether this option unfortunately does not exist
