Video Cam Problem

Thanks once more. I just did a quick test and it works fine for me in Chrome. Is your cam working in general? Did you try to clear browser cookies & cache?

Yes, cams are working, we cleared our browser cookies & cache, still no video. This started last wed or thursday night, before that we could still use it.

Thanks for the info. Can you try the following: When you clear the history in Chrome, go to the ā€œAdvancedā€ tab, make sure ā€œContent Settingsā€ is selected and set ā€œTime rangeā€ at the top to ā€œAll timeā€ Then hit ā€œClear Dataā€. I guess that this is a permission related issueā€¦

If this doesnā€™t work, it would help me to see the Console output after you have tried to enable the cam. Right click on the page > ā€œInspectā€.
