Plus Membership Cancelled

Due to some personal budget cuts, I had to cancel my W2G Plus membership. I noticed that I was last charged on 7/26, however when I cancelled today, I lost the benefits immediately. Do I get a partial reimbursement of the monthly fee since I paid for the full month? Not sure how that works. If you cancel on other sites, your benefits don’t actually expire until the next billing period. Thanks.

Hi, you are right, you should have the benefits until the end of the subscription period. I checked your account and it seems that there was a problem in this case with our payment provider sending the right subscription dates. I filed a refund for your last payment and you should have your money back within a few days.
