My friend got banned without reasons! Please help!

Currently my friend and I watched a Video and then before the Video ends, she was banned without a reason.

“The owner of this website (www.watch2gether.com) has banned your IP address (–.—.---.—).”

(Sorry I don’t want to put the whole IP adress here, can I send a Supporter the IP address?)

Please help me, because that’s the only Website I can watch Videos together with my Girlfriend!
