Hi, how can I prevent racism in the chat without having to manually ban people. I host longer sessions and am not always at the computer with the rest of my group (who join via a link I send out, I do not know them, so naturally some people come and spam racism). Is there a way to do this, or prevent chat completely, or any way to add banned words?
Hi and thanks for your feedback! I’m sad to hear that you have these issues. Watch2Gether was originally designed for smaller groups that know each other and not so much for large, more or less anonymous gatherings. Therefore there is currently no way to disable or auto-moderate the chat. One thing to notice is that there is no central chat history so any offensive messages are not visisable for users who joined or reloaded after they have been written.
