Didn't got an email

i just made an account and now it say i have to comfirm my email adress
but i never recieved the email can you let this be resend or how can i solve this problem?

Please make sure to check your spam folder as well…

i’ve used that link to resend the email multiple times and still got nothing. Yes I’ve already checked the Spam folder (and every other folder it has) and double, triple checked the spelling of it. My friend has an account here and they didn’t have this issue when they signed up.
